Mega Force Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution and warehouse operation in Dunn, NC. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy, safety, and getting the job done right.
What You'll Do
Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming materials
Pick and stage products and materials for shipment
Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
Move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment
Accurately count, verify, and record inventory
Use scanners and other warehouse technology to track products and inventory
Maintain an organized and clean work area
Follow established safety procedures and warehouse processes
Meet productivity and quality expectations
Work as part of a team to keep warehouse operations running efficiently
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing physical work throughout the shift
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer or scanner experience is a plus
Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience is a plus
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Must be able to pass a background check and any required pre-employment screening
