Warehouse Associate

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a pharmacist-owned, member-owned pharmaceutical wholesaler and cooperative headquartered in Durham, NC. The organization supports independent pharmacies through pharmaceutical distribution, supply chain, and business support services.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and distribution operations. This position is responsible for safely operating forklift equipment to move, load, unload, and organize pharmaceutical products and other materials throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate has previous forklift and warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment while following all safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities
-Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment throughout the warehouse.
-Load, unload, move, stack, and organize products and materials.
-Pick and stage materials for orders, shipments, and warehouse replenishment.
-Receive incoming products and move inventory to designated storage locations.
-Maintain accurate inventory placement and assist with product counts as needed.
-Inspect products and materials for damage, discrepancies, or other issues.
-Follow warehouse procedures related to product handling, inventory control, and order accuracy.
-Perform routine forklift inspections and report equipment or safety concerns.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
-Assist with additional warehouse and distribution duties as needed.

Qualifications
-Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
-Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.
-Previous experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, picking, or warehouse operations is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
-Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
-Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and all workplace safety procedures.
