What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by:
- Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery or pickup
- Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Safely operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (training available for qualified candidates)
- Maintaining accurate inventory and reporting discrepancies
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Working closely with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
- Following all safety procedures and company guidelines
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Warehouse experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in company-required screenings
