Warehouse Associate

Join Dodge Moving and Storage as a Warehouse Associate and play a vital role in our operation! You’ll be essential in ensuring that our warehouse runs efficiently and safely. In this position, you’ll handle inventory management, assist with loading and unloading trucks, and maintain an organized workspace while delivering outstanding service to our crew and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Load and unload furniture and boxes from trucks and containers.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly secured.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to support moving operations as needed.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic familiarity with inventory management systems and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
