Warehouse Associate

Title - Warehouse Associate Ist Shift
Location - Easton, PA
Duration - 6 months
Ind Shift - 6 AM to 2.30 PM
Pay Rate - $20/hr

Responsibilities:
Able to operate MHE: Forklift, Reach Truck, Pallet Rider, Order picker, pallet jack, etc.
Able to use computer and RF equipment.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to understand instructions and communicate well.

Qualifications:

" High School diploma or equivalent.
" One (1) to Two (2) years logistics/distribution experience preferred.
" OEM distribution experience preferred.
" Experience working in a unionized environment preferred.
" Experience operating a Forklift.
" Knowledge in supply chain distribution.
" Knowledge of the general warehouse industry, best practices, and techniques.
" Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
" Experience with labor planning and resource management.
" Strong people skills and organizational skills.
" Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
" Familiar with Warehouse Management System functionality - SAP, BMW WM preferred.
" Proficient written and oral communication skills. Comfortable presenting to group settings.
" Ability to obtain all Dangerous Goods Certifications.
" Language: Fluent English. Ability to speak or understand Spanish or German is a plus, however not required.
" Walking or standing occasionally from 5-15% of shift.
" Little lifting or carrying up to 25lbs less than 5% of shift.
