Warehouse Associate-eCommerce Fulfillment

Stored Energy Holdings (SEHI) is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate - eCommerce Fulfillment to join our Cincinnati team.

This is primarily a hands-on warehouse job, but with more ownership of the shipping process than a typical pick-and-pack role. You will move between the warehouse floor and computer-based shipping workflows throughout the day: picking and packing orders, preparing small-parcel and LTL shipments, generating labels and freight documents, and completing shipment transactions in our systems.

You will also help with general warehouse work and occasionally assist customers at our Cincinnati sales counter. Prior eCommerce or EDI experience is helpful, but not required - we can train the right warehouse candidate on our specific systems and workflows.

What You Will Do

• Process eCommerce, marketplace, and EDI orders from pick ticket through completed shipment.
• Pick products and verify the correct item, quantity, condition, and shipping information before packing.
• Pack, weigh, measure, label, and stage small-parcel shipments.
• Prepare palletized and LTL freight, including wrapping, measuring, Bills of Lading, and carrier pickup arrangements.
• Use NetSuite and multiple shipping/eCommerce systems to generate labels, record tracking, and complete fulfillment steps. Systems may include Veeqo, Reconex, EDI/shipping portals, and marketplace platforms.
• Process orders from multiple sales channels, including EDI-based customers such as Zoro.
• Identify order, inventory, or shipping discrepancies and communicate issues promptly.
• Help with receiving, stocking, replenishment, inventory organization, cycle counts, loading/unloading, and other general warehouse work.
• Assist walk-in customers at the Cincinnati sales counter as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Keep the warehouse and fulfillment area clean, organized, and safe.

What We Are Looking For

• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order-fulfillment experience preferred.

• Comfortable using computers and learning multiple shipping and order-processing systems.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in shipping the correct product, quantity, and documentation.

• Able to follow multi-step procedures, work independently, and meet daily shipping deadlines.

• Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

• Forklift or material-handling experience preferred.

• eCommerce, marketplace, EDI, NetSuite, ERP/WMS, or shipping-software experience is a plus, but not required.

What Makes This Job Different

This is not a desk-based eCommerce job, and it is not a warehouse job where you simply pick an order and hand it off to someone else. You will often be responsible for the entire fulfillment process.

One order may have you pick and box a product, verify it, weigh it, create the shipping label, update the order in NetSuite, and stage it for pickup. Another may require you to build and wrap a pallet, obtain an LTL freight quote, create the Bill of Lading, and arrange the carrier pickup. At other times, you may help receive inventory, perform a cycle count, organize the warehouse, load a truck, or assist a customer at the sales counter.

We are looking for a good warehouse person who is comfortable with computers, processes, and customers. We can train the right candidate on our specific eCommerce, EDI, and shipping systems.

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position that involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, picking, packing, and moving products throughout the workday. Battery products can be heavy, and some shipments require team lifting or the use of pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
