Warehouse Associate / Electric Forklift Operator

Location: Hayward, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Start Date: Immediate Opening

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Electric Forklift Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including material handling, shipping and receiving, inventory movement, and forklift operation. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate an electric forklift safely and efficiently.
• Use a manual pallet jack to move and organize materials.
• Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
• Scan inbound and outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS systems.
• Verify shipment accuracy and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare orders for shipment and assist with receiving activities.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating an electric forklift required.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the shift.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
• Basic computer and scanning device skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
