As a Material Handler, you'll play an essential role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly.

Packaging products by skid, crate, and box

Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks

Moving materials throughout the facility

Processing shipping documentation

Supporting assembly teams through kitting and staging materials

Working within SAP to locate and track inventory

Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse

♻ Safely disposing of wood, plastic, metal, and packaging materials

Performing routine inspections of material handling equipment

Packing and preparing customer shipments

This role gives you the opportunity to operate multiple types of equipment.

✅ Sit-Down Forklifts

✅ Material Handling Equipment

✅ Overhead Cranes (as needed)

You'll occasionally operate a Turret Truck (Very Narrow Aisle Forklift) where you'll be elevated to pick inventory.

Candidates must be comfortable working at heights.

This is a versatile warehouse position. Approximately 10%-20% of your shift will involve forklift operation after training and certification.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

The pay range for this position is $21.42 - $21.42/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
