SURESTAFF is immediately hiring
Warehouse Associates for a well-known client in
Elgin, IL. As a
Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
- Shipping & Receiving
- Quality Assurance
- Inventory Control
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All
Temp-to-Hire employees are offered competitive compensation
$20-$22/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shifts include 1st Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Organizing and storing goods in the warehouse.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Coordinating with carriers for deliveries.
- Conducting inventory control activities.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ensuring quality control standards.
- Communicating effectively with team members.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate: - Previous warehouse experience and/or training
- Previous Standing and Sit-down Forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
