Opportunity:

Kem Krest is seeking a Warehouse Operator who will be responsible following procedures and provide input to accurately package and organize inventory using various tools and packaging equipment. Solve problems and help improve workflow. Demonstrate competence in following safety and maintenance procedures. Identify risks and gaps impacting performance and provide input regarding the technology used to capture data. Verify components and record work order information. Willingness to cross-train and assist other departments based on business needs.

1. Pay: $16.25 per hour
2. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - till work is complete
3. Full-time, 40 hours per week
4. Overtime Available

Responsibilities:

• Pick products accurately using RF scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions against customer orders.
• Organize and stage completed orders for packing and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies, damages, or missing items.
• Follow established quality and customer-specific requirements.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and material handling equipment as authorized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory activities, and other warehouse functions as needed.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Your Contributions:

• 1–2 years of experience in a production or operations environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent with on-the-job training.
• Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• This job requires physical activity such as lifting, moving boxes, operating equipment, standing, walking or blending for extended periods of time.
