Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support inventory management, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, location audits, product retagging, and order verification.

This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing both warehouse and inventory-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management, recounts, and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Correct inventory locations and retag materials as needed
• Recount inventory and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize materials safely
• Maintain inventory organization and warehouse efficiency
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with order picking and inventory counting
• Ability to verify counts and identify inventory discrepancies
• Forklift operating experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, pull, lift, and stand throughout the entire shift
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling
• Experience with cycle counting, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation
• Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse products and processes
• Experience using inventory tracking or warehouse management systems
