Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and warehouse organization activities. This role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy while assisting with inventory counts, location corrections, receiving, and material movement throughout the warehouse.

This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Correct inventory locations, retag materials, and recount inventory as needed
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize materials safely
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience with order picking and inventory counting
• Forklift operating experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, pull, lift, and stand throughout the entire shift
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory control, or material handling
• Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse products and processes
• Experience with cycle counting, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation
• Experience using warehouse management or inventory tracking systems
