What You Will Do
- Pull rental equipment according to client orders and pull sheets.
- Count and verify inventory so orders are complete and accurate before they leave the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment for cleanliness, damage, and presentation.
- Organize and stage completed orders for delivery or client pickup.
- Load and unload rental equipment safely.
- Receive, sort, inspect, and process returned inventory.
- Clean equipment and return it to the correct warehouse location.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to management promptly.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and staging areas.
- Assist other warehouse and Operations teams when needed and follow company safety and equipment-handling procedures.

- Previous warehouse, event rental, moving, logistics, or material-handling experience is helpful, but not required.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation to and from the company facility.
- Ability to follow pull sheets, work instructions, safety procedures, and manager direction.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
The Physical and Scheduling Reality
This is an active, physical warehouse position. Candidates should be comfortable being on their feet and handling rental equipment throughout the shift.
- Repeatedly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, push, pull, reach, and perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift.
- Team-lift or use appropriate equipment for heavier or oversized items.
- Work in warehouse conditions that may be hot, cold, dusty, or noisy. Maintain schedule flexibility that may include early mornings, evenings, and occasional Saturday mornings.
Pay and Earning Opportunities
