Warehouse Associate
Job Location: Fairfield, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $16-$16.90/hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 5am-1:30pm - Friday; 9am-5:30pm
Description of Position:
Our client is currently seeking 3 Warehouse Associates / Order Pickers to support operations for a growing e-commerce clothing company in Fairfield. This temporary assignment is expected to last for the next couple of months and requires dependable, team oriented individuals who are comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment. This role involves assisting with warehouse operations including order picking, hanging and steaming clothing, product handling, and general warehouse support. Candidates should be flexible, reliable, and willing to help wherever needed to support the team and daily operations.
One position requires a candidate who is comfortable consistently lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Hang, steam, and organize clothing products
- Lift, move, push, and pull products and materials throughout the shift
- Assist with general warehouse and fulfillment duties
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse
- Follow verbal and written instructions carefully
- Support team members and provide guidance to associates as needed
- Work flexibly in different warehouse areas based on operational needs
Description of Company:

Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, retail, or restaurant environments
- High school diploma and GED required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Dependable and willing to assist wherever needed
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, push, pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and move throughout the duration of the shift.
