We are seeking an accomplished Warehouse Associate III to manage material coordination and inventory logistics across key regional operations in the Midstream sector. This critical role ensures precise receiving, inventory control, kitting, staging, and delivery of essential materials required for preventive maintenance and emergency repair work across multiple facilities. Operating primarily within a large-scale warehouse environment, the successful candidate will leverage technical proficiency in SAP and strict adherence to industrial safety standards to optimize supply chain efficiency and support uninterrupted multi-site operations.
Core Responsibilities
Execute Inventory Transactions: Manage inbound shipments by verifying quantities, part numbers, and documentation against purchase orders, and formally execute all receiving transactions within SAP.
Maintain Material Control: Issue materials utilizing established internal controls and tracking systems to ensure absolute accuracy between front-end and back-end inventory ledgers.
Coordinate Kitting and Staging: Pull, kit, label, and stage materials for scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) work orders utilizing system forecasts, pack lists, and required SAP documentation.
Audit Inventory Accuracy: Perform regular cycle counts and location audits; analyze variances and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain database integrity.
Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate propane-powered forklifts to move, stack, and stage materials within the facility.
Manage Regional Logistics: Deliver staged kits and emergency repair materials to regional facilities using a company asset (F-250 platform), ensuring all loads are properly secured for transport to locations across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas.
Optimize Warehouse Operations: Maintain rigorous facility organization, slotting efficiency, and general housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, productive industrial work environment.
Required Qualifications
Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive warehouse and materials coordination experience, with demonstrated expertise in receiving, issuing, and inventory management.
Systems Proficiency: Direct experience executing inventory transactions, receipts, and cycle counts within SAP or a comparable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.
Licensure & Certification: Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and a valid forklift certification (or the ability to successfully recertify).
Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently, stand for extended periods, and perform physical demands including bending, stooping, and reaching.
Environmental Adaptability: Ability to perform consistently in an industrial, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment (subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations and dusty conditions).
Compliance: Ability to pass standard pre-employment screening requirements, including background checks and drug/alcohol screening.
Preferred Qualifications
Maintenance Support: Prior experience kitting and staging materials specifically tailored to industrial or mechanical maintenance organizations.
Advanced Inventory Management: Practical knowledge of warehouse slotting methodologies, min/max replenishment strategies, and advanced inventory accuracy practices.
Logistics Coordination: Experience supporting multi-site operational networks and securing diverse cargo on trailers for transit.

Schedule: Standard 40-hour work week (typically 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) with flexibility required for occasional overtime or emergency repair support
Contract Duration: 1-year initial contract assignment, with strong potential for long-term extension based on performance
