Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in Fenton, MO. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming products, as well as packing and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards. The Warehouse Associate will operate warehouse equipment, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and assist with inventory counts and stock rotation. This position works closely with the Operations team to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment in support of Pineapple Hospitality’s customers.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to learn shipping and receiving processes, including checking in orders and preparing outbound shipments.

• Skills in packing and organizing merchandise to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
• \n
• Ability to safely unload deliveries and move materials within the warehouse.
• \n
• Experience with pallet jack use, or willingness to be trained.
• \n
• Attention to detail and basic math skills for counting, labeling, and tracking inventory.
• \n
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items (1-40+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• \n
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork in a warehouse environment.
• \n
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent beneficial.
• \n
• Monday - Friday ideally 10am-3:30pm, but potentially flexible for right candidate.
