Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate / Filter Assembly worker for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK. This position combines general warehouse duties with light manufacturing and custom air-filter assembly.

The Warehouse Associate / Filter Assembly role includes pulling orders, loading and unloading shipments, moving materials, and assembling pleated air filters. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift, using basic tools, and working in both warehouse and production areas.

This is a hands-on position, but it is not considered heavy industrial work.
Responsibilities

• 
  Pull and prepare customer orders accurately.
  
• 
  Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
  
• 
  Move materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks.
  
• 
  Operate a sit-down forklift when trained and authorized.
  
• 
  Assist with light manufacturing and custom air-filter assembly.
  
• 
  Measure, cut, and glue materials used to manufacture pleated air filters.
  
• 
  Safely use basic hand tools and production equipment.
  
• 
  Operate a table saw according to established safety procedures.
  
• 
  Follow production instructions and quality requirements.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
• 
  Assist in other warehouse or manufacturing areas as production needs require.
  
• 
  Follow all workplace safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
  

Requirements

• 
  Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
  
• 
  Comfortable using basic hand tools and production equipment.
  
• 
  Ability to stand, lift, move materials, and perform warehouse duties throughout the shift.
  
• 
  Previous warehouse, manufacturing, order-pulling, or assembly experience preferred.
  
• 
  Forklift experience is helpful but not required.
  
• 
  Forklift certification can be provided onsite.
  
• 
  Must provide steel-toed boots.
  
• 
  All other required PPE will be provided.
  
• 
  Dependable attendance and reliable work habits.
  
• 
  Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  
• 
  Willingness to stay late for optional overtime when needed.
  

The ideal Warehouse Associate / Filter Assembly candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically comfortable, and able to move between warehouse and light-production responsibilities as needed.
