Location: Flagstaff, AZ

Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour

Schedule: Between 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (8-hour shift with 30-minute unpaid lunch)

Requirements

• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and understand work orders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, pull, twist, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Consistent work history (temporary staffing experience accepted)
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling
• Sit-down propane forklift experience
• Customer service experience (such as Lowe's, Home Depot, or similar)
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products and processes

Job Duties

• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming materials
• Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform general housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Support multiple warehouse functions, including receiving, returns, and pipe yard operations
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

A Warehouse Associate supports efficient warehouse and distribution operations by helping move products accurately from receiving through final shipment. This position combines organization, physical capability, and attention to detail to support reliable supply chain performance.

The Warehouse Associate requires strong teamwork, safe work practices, and the ability to perform a wide variety of warehouse responsibilities while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Successful candidates contribute directly to dependable warehouse performance.
