Overview
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with room to grow, ideal for candidates who are motivated, dependable, and eager to learn warehouse operations.
This role involves a variety of tasks including picking, stocking, and general housekeeping, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and physical activity.
Responsibilities
Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment
Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
Put away inventory and organize materials within the warehouse
Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Assist with general warehouse operations as needed
Required Qualifications
Basic math skills
Ability to read and understand work orders
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, twisting, standing, pulling) throughout an 8-hour shift
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Stable work history (warehouse experience not required but preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse or material handling experience
Customer service experience (retail environments such as home improvement stores are a plus)
Forklift experience (not required, training may be provided)
