    Position Summary 

    • We are  seeking  an experienced,  reliable,  and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. This position ensures products are accurately received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped while  maintaining  safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. 

    • Verify product quantities and shipping information before  dispatch. 

    • Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments. 

    • Label, stage, and store inventory according to procedures. 

    • Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning and warehouse management systems. 

    • Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities. 

    • Operate RF scanners, barcode systems, and warehouse equipment safely. 

    • Assist  with process improvements and warehouse organization. 

    • Help train and support new team members. 

    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. 

    Qualifications 

    • High school diploma or equivalent. 

    • 2– 4 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience. 

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

    • Experience with RF scanners and barcode systems. 

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software. 

    Preferred Qualifications 

    • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). 

    • Forklift or material handling equipment experience. 

    • Inventory control or cycle count experience. 

    • Lean, continuous improvement, or process improvement experience.
