Warehouse Associate/ Forklift/ inventory

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping & receiving, and product handling in a climate-controlled warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience using RF scanners, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Utilize RF handheld scanners for order picking and inventory transactions.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Verify part numbers and lot numbers to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Package products for shipment according to company standards.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Follow warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
• Support general warehouse operations as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with order picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Experience using RF handheld scanners.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with part numbers and lot numbers.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

• Forklift experience or certification.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Background in warehouse distribution or logistics.
• Familiarity with warehouse management syste
