Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator 1st Shift 7am- 3pm

Location: Olathe, KS (119th & Black Bob Road)

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM

Phenix Label has been a trusted leader in the printing and packaging industry since 1896. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator 1st Shift 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and help keep our production operation running efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Deliver raw materials to production lines
• Move and store finished products throughout the facility
• Maintain inventory accuracy and rotate stock using FIFO practices
• Keep warehouse and staging areas clean and organized
• Support production, quality, and safety initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Forklift experience preferred
• Warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending, reaching, and moving materials
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Physical and Other Requirements:

This job is performed indoors in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. Job tasks are performed in close proximity to other people and include exposure to strobe lights, sounds and noise levels that could be distracting. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, bend or crouch. The employee must frequently stand, walk, talk, and occasionally lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Specific hearing abilities required by this job include ability to hear alarms and other sensors in a factory environment. Requires use of hands to handle, control or feel objects and operate tools and controls.
