Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Position Summary

OneSource Staffing is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious temporary Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our team in Hatfield, PA. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse and forklift experience and is committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Load and unload trucks while verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately store inventory.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete pre-shift forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including labeling, stocking, and packaging materials.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Qualifications

• Current or Previous Forklift certification required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating material handling equipment.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on the work area.

Schedule

Full-Time, First Shift
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
