We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support kit assembly operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on building and preparing kits for job sites by accurately following work orders and instructions.
This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term potential for high-performing candidates.
Responsibilities
Assemble kits based on detailed work orders and build instructions
Locate and pull materials needed to complete kit builds accurately
Prepare and stage completed kits for shipment
Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory
Pull and prepare additional orders for shipment as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience
Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed work orders and instructions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently with hands in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Stable work history with no employment gaps exceeding 3 months
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in plumbing or related industry
Background in shipping, receiving, or inventory operations
Ability to quickly learn product types and warehouse processes
