JOB SUMMARY This role is responsible for various warehouse operations, including the loading and unloading of trucks, order picking, product wrapping, packing, and labeling for shipping and receiving. The position also involves maintaining accurate inventory counts, ensuring quality control by preventing damaged product from being shipped and raw materials from being accepted, and preparing finished products for loading. The individual will operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), communicate effectively with team members and shift leaders, and maintain a clean work environment. Key Responsibilities • Loading and unloading trucks • Order picking, wrapping products, packing, and labeling for shipping and receiving • Checking and maintaining count accuracy within the warehouse • Communicating effectively with shift leaders and co-workers from other shifts • Cleaning and maintaining the work area • Operating forklift, trucks, and/or other industrial vehicles • Completing required paperwork thoroughly and accurately • Responsible for quality control, ensuring no damaged product is sent out and no damaged raw material is accepted in • Staging finished product for loading Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations • SAP experience • Steel-toed shoes required on the first day Preferred Qualifications • Forklift driving experience Education: High School or equivalent
