Our Haslet, TX facility is a cutting-edge gummy manufacturing plant, and we're looking for an HR Generalist to lead human resources on-site-ensuring a positive, productive, and high-performing work environment.

Summary:

Warehouse Associate is responsible for, but not limited to, receive, process, transport, and store materialism a safe and efficient manner. Compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOP's, and Safety Procedures.

Your primary activities will include but are not limited to:
  • Perform all shipping and receiving functions, including tracking, documenting, and maintaining logs.
  • Assist with inventory control and building maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Report material, process, and equipment concerns for further action.
  • Safely handle and deliver palletized goods and drums, minimizing risk of damage.
  • Operate forklifts in compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Follow SOPs, cGMP regulations, and batch record instructions.
  • Greet and check in delivery trucks, receive, tag, and label merchandise.
  • Prepare and pack orders for shipment; manage impaired or damaged items.
  • Participate in monthly training on SOPs, safety, and cGMP guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
You'll need the following (minimum qualifications):
  • Forklift Operation Certification (preferred)
  • Prior experience as Warehouse Associate for 1-2 years
  • Knowledgeable with inventory and logistics software programs
  • Great physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment.
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs., climb step-up ladders, and perform constantmotions of scooping, wiping, raising of arms, bending, and kneeling, if needed
  • Ability to be exposed to nutraceutical raw materials and powders which may includeallergen relateditems.
  • Ability to comprehend basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment.


A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range for this position is $19.10 to $20.16. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
