Road Warrior Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Hanover, Maryland. This position is part of the Freezer Department and is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and contributing to a team-oriented warehouse environment.

Warehouse Associates will be responsible for accurately preparing orders, loading and unloading trucks, packaging products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and performing quality checks. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced freezer environment and operating electric pallet jacks.

$19.00/HR after completing freezer training
$18.00 base pay
$1.00 freezer differential

Duties

Pick, pull, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
Load and unload trucks
Package and label products for shipment
Maintain accurate inventory records
Perform quality checks on products and completed orders
Safely operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse and freezer environment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Complete other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
0–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
Electric pallet jack experience required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Comfortable working in a freezer environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
High school diploma or GED preferred
