Iron Mountain is seeking amotivated Warehouse Associateto join ourOperationsteam. In this role, you will be responsible for thesecure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Executesecure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.

• Securely manage recordsby moving boxes, weighing up to50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder. Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.

• Ensure compliancewith physical security guidelines, maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience and comfort with aphysical jobthat involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.

• Ability toregularly lift up to 50 poundsand sustain physical activity throughout the shift.

• Strongattention to detailto accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records.

• Effectivereading, writing, and communication skillsin English.

Reasonably expected salary range: $38,600.00 - $48,300.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
