We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in shipping, receiving, inventory management, material handling, and production support.
Essential Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Support daily inbound and outbound shipping schedules to meet operational deadlines.
Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and receiving documentation.
Organize inventory and maintain accurate warehouse stock locations.
Prepare shipping documentation, including delivery orders and bills of lading.
Package and prepare outgoing shipments for accuracy and on-time delivery.
Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and inventory reconciliation.
Process freight claims and respond to shipping and inventory inquiries.
Stage and transport materials to support production operations.
Safely inspect and operate warehouse equipment.
Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up), pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Identify and report safety concerns while following all company safety procedures.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
1â3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) preferred.
Experience operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
Basic computer skills, including data entry and shipping systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and verbal directions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
Regularly lift, carry, and move warehouse materials.
Safely operate material handling equipment.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment while following all safety procedures.
