• Accurately picking customer orders, ensuring correct items, lot numbers, and quantities
• Preparing and packing shipments to meet company and customer standards
• Following department SOPs and quality guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
