The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in supporting logistics operations within the industrial/manufacturing sector in Greenwich. This role involves managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Description

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock availability.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading materials.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet deadlines.
• Inspect and verify the condition of incoming goods and report discrepancies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.

Profile

A successful Warehouse Associate should have:

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 annually.
• FULL TIME, direct-hire position! No temporary probation period!

• Daily Overtime: Time-and-a-half is paid for hours worked beyond 8 hours Monday through Friday.
