Join Our Team as a Warehouse Associate / CDL Shuttle Driver Greensboro, NC!

In this dual role, you'll be the backbone of their logistics teamhandling shipping, receiving, and transportation to keep their supply chain running smoothly. What Youll Do:
- Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment with precision
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials to ensure quality standards
- Wrap pallets and prepare freight, loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Safely operate a company truck to transport materials and finished goods between their facilities when needed
- Move materials throughout the warehouse following FIFO procedures
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse upkeep
- Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately
- Perform vehicle inspections and adhere to DOT and safety regulations
- Support production and warehouse operations as required
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid CDL Class A or B license, or previous commercial truck driving experience
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred
- Forklift experience or willingness to become forklift certified
- Basic computer and inventory skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean driving record and ability to meet company driving requirements
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Knowledge of food safety, GMP, OSHA standards
- Prior experience with DOT safety procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or distribution
- Commercial truck driving experience is highly valued
