Are you the kind of person who notices a messy warehouse and can't walk past it without fixing it?
Do you take pride in keeping things running — trucks loaded, shelves organized, the building in shape — even when no one's watching?
Ready to be the backbone of a 27-year, family-owned flagship, keeping our warehouse and facility running like clockwork?
If those questions resonate, we should talk.
The Opportunity:
Our Des Moines flagship — the largest and most established operation in our portfolio — runs on a warehouse that has to be safe, clean, organized, and moving fast every single day. That's where you come in.
The Warehouse & Facilities Associate supports the day-to-day physical operations of our warehouse: facility maintenance, material handling, organization, scrap and recycling, deliveries, and general warehouse upkeep. This position plays an important role in keeping the warehouse safe, clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
