Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $15 to $16.50/hour
• 1st and 2nd shift available
• Full-time schedule
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday–Friday with overtime opportunities as needed
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Groveport, OH

Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather products for customer orders using RF scanners
• Receive, organize, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
• Follow picking instructions and warehouse procedures
• Assemble orders accurately and efficiently
• Review completed orders to ensure accuracy and quality
• Prepare products by stuffing, sewing, dressing, and completing final assembly tasks
• Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, turret trucks, and order pickers (training provided)
• Operate specialized equipment and complete specialty tasks as needed
• Assist with embroidery, administrative tasks, and other warehouse functions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete additional duties based on business needs

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and understand English instructions
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable climbing stairs and performing repetitive movements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse communication equipment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow safety procedures and accept coaching
• Flexible and willing to support different warehouse departments as needed
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required
