Overview
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support a large-scale inventory transition project. This role involves moving and organizing materials as part of a warehouse consolidation effort. You will work closely with a third-party team to relocate inventory, assist with organization, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with forklift experience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
Assist with relocating inventory between warehouse locations and rack systems
Remove materials from existing storage and place them in new designated locations
Operate sit-down forklift equipment to move inventory safely
Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and ensure accuracy
Read and follow work orders to complete material movement tasks
Support housekeeping and organization throughout the facility
Assist with general warehouse duties, including pulling and staging materials
Receive, verify, and stock materials as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
Ability to read and understand work orders
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
Background in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
Experience supporting warehouse transitions or inventory projects
