Position Overview As a Warehouse Production Associate, you'll play a key role in the fulfillment process by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders. This position operates in a temperature-controlled, refrigerated environment and requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Schedule - 1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:30 AM
- Typical workdays: Saturday through Tuesday
- Start/end times and scheduled workdays may vary based on operational needs
- Overtime or schedule adjustments may be required as business demands change

Benefits eligibility is subject to company policy and applicable law. Key Responsibilities - Use a finger scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately locate and pick products in a refrigerated warehouse
- Pack products safely and efficiently using proper materials, including temperature-sensitive handling
- Verify accuracy of customer orders and ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct routine quality checks for damage, discrepancies, or expiration issues
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage in a food-handling environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Complete required safety and operational training on time
- Maintain functional knowledge across multiple production areas, including box building and order preparation
Qualifications Required: - Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 33°F / 0.6°C)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work variable schedules, including overtime as needed
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or food-handling experience
