Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and material handling. This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, operating a sit-down forklift, and ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, and prepared for shipment.

This is a physically active position in a fast-paced warehouse environment requiring strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize materials
• Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Read and follow work orders to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain inventory organization and warehouse efficiency
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Work in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of recent warehouse experience
• Minimum of 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience
• Stable work history with no more than 3 months of unexplained employment gaps
• Ability to read and understand work orders and warehouse documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
