Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience in a shipping, distribution, or cross dock environment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude

Job Duties

• Load and unload freight in a busy cross dock environment
• Build, stack, wrap, and secure pallets for shipment
• Pull products from conveyor systems and sort by route or destination
• Stage and organize materials for outbound shipments
• Ensure proper pallet building and weight distribution
• Meet daily shipping deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Work closely with team members to keep freight flowing efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and lifting procedures

Physical Capabilities

• Frequently lift 30-60 pounds throughout the shift
• Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach continuously
• Perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Work in varying weather conditions for the full shift
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

What You'll Do You'll help move freight quickly and efficiently through the facility by unloading trucks, organizing shipments, building pallets, and supporting outbound transportation operations. Your work will play a key role in ensuring customers receive products on time. Work Environment

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
