Job Summary


We are seeking an energetic and dependable Warehouse Picking & QC Associate to join our team. This position focuses primarily on order picking, quality control, and palletizing products for shipment.


The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience accurately picking products, checking item quantities and condition, and safely stacking and organizing merchandise on pallets. You must be detail-oriented, able to work efficiently, and committed to preparing accurate, secure, and damage-free shipments.


Responsibilities


  • Pick products accurately according to order sheets, pick lists, or shipping instructions

  • Perform quality control checks to verify product type, quantity, condition, labeling, and order accuracy

  • Inspect products and incoming shipments for damage, defects, shortages, or other errors

  • Stack and organize products safely and efficiently on pallets

  • Build stable pallets using proper weight distribution and stacking methods

  • Wrap, label, and prepare completed pallets for storage or shipment

  • Pull inventory and prepare customer orders for shipping

  • Receive, sort, store, and organize incoming inventory

  • Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts when authorized

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Follow all warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines

  • Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and quality issues promptly

Qualifications


  • Previous order-picking and quality-control experience in a warehouse is strongly preferred

  • Previous experience building, stacking, wrapping, and preparing pallets for shipment is strongly preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify damaged, incorrect, or missing products

  • Ability to pick and prepare orders accurately while meeting productivity expectations

  • Experience using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment

  • Forklift experience or certification is preferred

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move heavy objects

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team

  • High school diploma, GED, or higher is preferred
