Role Description This full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role is based in Tomball, TX. The Warehouse Associate will handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries, verifying and organizing incoming materials, and preparing orders for shipment to customers. Responsibilities include safely loading and unloading trucks, packing and labeling products, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining clean, orderly storage areas. The role supports inventory control by accurately tracking products, reporting discrepancies, and following established procedures. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals and uphold safety and quality standards.

• Ability to perform Shipping & Receiving tasks, including verifying orders and documentation.

• Skills in Packing and organizing materials for safe and accurate delivery.
• \n
• Experience with Unloading trucks and handling materials efficiently and safely.
• \n
• Competence in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, or willingness to be trained and certified.
• \n
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for counting, measuring, and tracking inventory.
• \n
• Ability to lift and move materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment.
• \n
• Commitment to safety practices and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• \n
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• \n
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
