Warehouse Associate

• Assemble metal ventilation parts and components using hand tools and pneumatic rivet guns
• Read and interpret basic blueprints or work instructions to ensure proper assembly
• Prepare products for shipping by constructing crates and packaging using nail guns and hand tools
• Handle raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks during and after assembly to ensure products meet specifications
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE usage and proper tool handling
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
• Assist in moving materials or products as needed across the department

• Experience using rivet guns, nail guns, or other pneumatic tools in an assembly or construction setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
• Comfortable with standing, bending, lifting, and manual work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality

• Previous experience in metal fabrication, HVAC component assembly, or similar industrial environment
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of measurements and hand tools (e.g., tape measure, drills, saws)

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis
• Regularly required to stand, kneel, crouch, bend, and climb ladders or steps
• Work is performed in a production environment with exposure to noise, dust, and moving equipment
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection is required
