The selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the warehouse and store's on-site activities, including managing receipts, stocking and shipping of products, staging and delivering customer orders, and all purchasing transactions with Trane and local vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Staging, shipping, and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies - HVAC.
- Stock the parts store with an appropriate amount of merchandise.
- Assist with inventory control and entering inventory into the software system.
- Deliver parts, supplies, equipment, and other HVAC-related products to customer locations or job sites, as needed.
- File M/S's, freight bills of lading, and equipment packing slips for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes.
- File freight claims for damaged goods.
- Manage receipt, inspection, and stocking products.
- Determine inventory levels; identify and dispose of excess and obsolete inventory and maintain system inventory accuracy.
- Other duties may be assigned.
