Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

My Next Career Path Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining inventory while ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

•       Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.

•       Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

•       Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

•       Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if certified).

•       Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.

•       Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

•       Label, organize, and store materials in designated locations.

•       Follow company safety policies and procedures.

•       Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

•       High school diploma or GED preferred.

•       Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.

•       Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

•       Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

•       Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.

•       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

•       Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.

•       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Houston, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule 8am-5pm / Monday-Friday

Pay: $17.00
