Job Title: Warehouse Associate I (1st & 2nd Shift Available)

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations at the Hubbell Distribution Center. Tasks change dynamically based on operational needs and include picking orders, packing products, loading/unloading trucks via forklift, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining facility cleanliness using 5S methodologies.

Location: Ontario, CA 91761
Pay rate:
- 1st Shift: $20.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: $20.00/hr + $1.50/hr Shift Differential ($21.50/hr total)
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Tasks change dynamically based on operational needs and include picking orders, packing products, loading/unloading trucks via forklift, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining facility cleanliness using 5S methodologies.
Job Specifications
- Work flexibly across all warehouse areas, including small parcel, UPS, shipping/receiving, and dock areas
- Accurately put away, stage, and pick materials using material handling equipment (reach truck, cherry picker, forklift)
- Load materials properly to ensure damage-free shipments according to customer specifications
- Process inbound/outbound shipment documentation, UPS inbound shipments, and returned goods
- Read routing sheets, follow written and oral instructions, and utilize provided warehouse tools effectively
- Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and integrity following 5S methodologies
- Comply with all company safety guidelines, policies, and team safety meetings
- 1–2 years of warehousing experience required
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating a cherry picker and reach truck forklift required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; current warehouse equipment certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of Blue Yonder software preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to perform work in a fast-paced environment, including standing/walking for 8+ hours, repetitive bending/twisting, and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 10–50 lbs
- High attention to detail with the flexibility to adapt to sudden shift changes and overtime demands
