Warehouse Associate I – Outbound Picker / QA Checker

Pay: $19.00 per hour + $2.00 per hour Shift Differential
 Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM (or until work is completed)
 Shift Length: 10–12 Hours
 Assignment Length: 3–4 Months
 Start Date: June 8, 2026

 

About the Role

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support outbound order fulfillment operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role involves picking, quality checking, inventory support, palletizing, and shipping activities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety.

 

Candidates must be comfortable working extended shifts, lifting heavy products, operating in refrigerated environments, and performing physically demanding warehouse duties throughout the workday.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Verify and quality check orders prior to shipment.
  • Prepare products for outbound shipping and customer delivery.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Replenish inventory and rotate stock as needed.
  • Perform relabeling, repacking, inspections, and product serialization activities.
  • Palletize products and prepare shipments for transportation.
  • Process product returns and return merchandise to inventory locations.
  • Conduct inventory counts and research discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company policies, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and special projects as assigned.

 

Work Environment

  • Refrigerated warehouse environment with temperatures as low as 24°F.
  • Company-provided PPE for cold storage work.
  • Rotation in and out of refrigerated areas throughout the shift.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
  • Use of rolling carts, RF scanners, tape guns, and Klever safety cutters.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, shipping, receiving, order picking, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 40–75 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Ability to read and understand English for product identification, labels, and instructions.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Must be available to work overtime as needed.
