Warehouse Team Member I
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Positions Available: 4
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Monday through Thursday: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Join Our Warehouse Team!
We are hiring 4 Warehouse Team Members to join a fast-paced distribution operation! This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy staying active and working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will perform essential warehouse functions including picking, packing, quality checking, shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory replenishment. Success in this position requires attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to meet productivity and quality standards in a production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Pick products quickly and accurately using a Radio Frequency, RF, device or pick ticket.
• Verify product, unit of measure, size, and quantity to ensure order accuracy.
• Quality-check and pack customer orders carefully and efficiently.
• Meet established productivity standards and shipping deadlines.
• Receive and inspect incoming freight and identify discrepancies.
• Accurately stock, rotate, and replenish inventory.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety rules, and operational requirements.
• Comply with applicable federal and state regulations.
• Work overtime when required by business needs.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Strong number recognition skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and consistently meet deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the required Sunday through Thursday schedule.

Physical Requirements
This is an active, physically demanding warehouse position. Candidates must be able to:
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently reach, bend, kneel, stoop, grasp, and perform repetitive movements.
• Pull orders from various shelf heights.
• Frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally handle heavier items, with some tasks requiring lifting up to approximately 50 to 70 pounds.
• Maintain the mobility and physical stamina necessary to work in a production-driven warehouse environment.
• Perform at established productivity and engineered performance standards.
• Work effectively in a warehouse environment where noise levels may be high.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while managing the demands of a fast-paced operation.
