Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a first-shift position, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily warehouse operations, with a focus on picking, packing, and general warehouse duties to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and data entry
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to support a productive work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse work preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting
- Dependable, with a good work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
