Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for manually loading and unloading products, organizing inventory, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets by hand
- Move, stack, and organize products in designated warehouse areas
- Sort, label, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- Inspect goods for damage and report any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (typically 25-75 lbs)
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
