Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated Packer/General Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. This role focuses primarily on packing products but also includes general warehouse duties as needed. No forklift experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Packing Duties:
Pack products according to company standards
Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
Prepare, label, and seal boxes for shipment
Ensure correct quantities and packaging materials are used
Maintain a clean and organized packing station
General Warehouse Duties:
Assist with loading and unloading materials by hand
Sort, stage, and organize inventory
Replenish stock and move products to designated areas
Palletize and shrink-wrap products
Support order picking when needed
Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
Requirements:
Ability to lift 20-50 lbs consistently (adjust as needed)
Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
