How We Work

If you want a front-row seat to building something that matters, this is the place. If you want a job where someone tells you exactly what to do every day, this isn’t it.

The Role

We are hiring Warehouse Associate IIs to support our growing warehouse operation in St. Louis. This is a single posting covering three connected functions: inventory management, receiving and quality assurance, and outbound shipping. Based on your experience and our current needs, you will be placed on the team where you will have the most impact.

This is a senior, hands-on role. You will move fast, hold a high bar for accuracy, and take ownership of your area without needing to be micromanaged. Whether you end up counting and reconciling inventory, inspecting and receiving product, or getting orders out the door, the standard is the same: get it right, every time.

What You Will Own

  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and full ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish.
  • Receive products, packaging, and other materials from vendors accurately and without damage, following all required procedures.
  • Perform quality checks by visually and manually inspecting each device to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
  • Perform cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits, and enter results accurately into our inventory system.
  • Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, or damage, and help resolve root causes.
  • Identify and label product for processing into inventory, and complete product labels accurately while managing multiple SKUs.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare certified pre-owned devices and accessories for outbound shipment with speed and accuracy.
  • Process and ship packages through FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL using shipping software, and accurately scan, label, and document all outbound packages.
  • Sort and deliver products to workstations and conduct inter-department transfers of product.
  • Receive defective or damaged products, inspect them, and assign the appropriate defect or issue code.
  • Maintain organized, orderly staging, receiving, and shipping areas, and handle all products with care.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to stay ahead of high-volume orders and shifting priorities throughout the shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including moving materials as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED or higher.
  • A positive, team-first attitude with zero tolerance for gossip, negativity, or disruptive behavior.
  • Ability to walk, sit, and/or stand throughout an 8 to 10-hour shift, and to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
  • Adequate computer and data entry skills, and comfort learning new systems and software quickly.
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly and stay effective as tasks and conditions change throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment in a fast-paced setting.
  • 2+ years of verified experience in inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, or shipping preferred, but not required. We will provide full training.
  • Experience with small electronic parts or equipment is a plus.
  • Spanish speaker or bilingual preferred.

The Bottom Line

This is a senior, hands-on role at a company that moves fast and builds things that last. Whether you are counting inventory, inspecting product, or getting orders out the door, you will operate with a high level of ownership and help set the standard for how the work gets done. If you have the experience, the work ethic, and the drive to lead by example, we want to hear from you.
